Job Description

ACG_3845_JOB Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate. Executive & Strategic Support Support the Chairman in reviewing and assessing strategic matters related to the Group’s investment, business development, commercial operations, and long-term development direction. Conduct research and analysis on markets, industries, competitors, business opportunities, and other topics assigned by the Chairman. Review business proposals, investment plans, management reports, and other submissions before they are presented to the Chairman, highlighting key issues, risks, opportunities, and matters requiring attention. Prepare executive briefs, presentations, talking points, and other materials to support the Chairman in making informed decisions. Chairman’s Office & Meeting Management Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s working agenda, including meetings, appointments, business engagements, and important internal and external activities. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, background information, and relevant documents to ensure the Chairman is fully prepared for key meetings. Attend important meetings as required, capture key conclusions and decisions, and ensure that necessary follow-up actions are clearly documented. Maintain an organized system for executive documents, meeting records, decisions, and confidential information. Execution of Chairman’s Directives Monitor the implementation of decisions and directions issued by the Chairman across relevant business units, subsidiaries, and functional departments. Maintain a clear action-tracking system covering key assignments, responsible parties, deadlines, and implementation status. Proactively follow up with responsible stakeholders and escalate delays, unresolved issues, or matters requiring the Chairman’s intervention. Prepare concise progress updates on key assignments and ensure that important matters are brought to the Chairman’s attention in a timely manner. Internal Coordination Serve as a coordination point between the Chairman and senior management, subsidiaries, business units, and functional departments. Facilitate the flow of information and ensure that the Chairman’s directions are clearly understood by relevant stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives specifically assigned by the Chairman, ensuring alignment between relevant departments and timely execution. Work with Finance, Investment, Legal, Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, and other functions when required to resolve issues or complete assigned initiatives. External Stakeholder Support Support the Chairman in managing relationships with strategic partners, investors, financial institutions, government authorities, consultants, and other senior stakeholders. Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials before important external meetings and business engagements. Coordinate meeting arrangements, communications, and follow-up activities with external stakeholders. Represent the Chairman in selected meetings or business activities when specifically authorized. Special Projects & Executive Assignments Take ownership of strategic or confidential projects directly assigned by the Chairman, from initial research and planning through execution and completion. Conduct ad hoc analysis, feasibility assessments, and business reviews to support urgent or high-priority decisions. Coordinate relevant resources and stakeholders for special assignments and provide the Chairman with clear conclusions, recommendations, and implementation updates. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of discretion and professional judgment. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, with solid exposure to executive support, strategic planning, business development, investment, project management, consulting, or senior management functions. Experience working directly with a Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors, General Director, or other senior executive is strongly preferred. Experience in large-scale real estate development, commercial property, asset management, hospitality, retail, or other investment and operations-driven businesses is highly preferred. Strong exposure to large-scale projects, investment activities, business operations, or cross-functional corporate initiatives is an advantage. Professional Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of business operations, investment, real estate development, commercial activities, and corporate management. Good knowledge of financial analysis, business planning, investment evaluation, and project performance management. Ability to review and analyze business plans, investment proposals, financial information, contracts, reports, and management documents. Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex information into concise and practical recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and executive reporting skills. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Personal Qualities High level of integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity. Strong ownership, initiative, discipline, and attention to detail. Excellent judgment and the ability to identify priorities and matters requiring senior-level attention. Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently under pressure. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Professional communication and conduct when working with senior executives, investors, partners, and high-level stakeholders. Willingness to travel and work outside normal working hours when required by business needs.
