About the Role:
As Secondary School Administrator / Assistant to the Secondary Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Secondary School. Working closely with the Secondary Principal and Leadership Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, helping to coordinate day-to-day school activities, communications, meetings, events, and key administrative processes. You will act as a professional point of contact for students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and confidentially. The role also includes supporting attendance, student records, examinations administration, reporting processes, and wider school operations. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and contributing to a positive, professional, and well-organised learning community.
This is a permanent, part-time role (75%).

Who We Are Looking For:
You will be an organised, proactive, and approachable administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and supporting others. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Confident working with confidential information, you will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is essential, and experience within a school or educational setting would be advantageous. Familiarity with systems such as iSAMS and examinations administration would also be beneficial. Above all, you will be a collaborative team player who is committed to supporting student wellbeing and contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
