Requirements:
- Start: As soon as possible - 1st of July 2025
- Willingness to grow in an international start-up atmosphere in the sustainability space
- Fluent Englisch at least C1
- Portuguese at least B2
- German A2- B1 (would be a great plus)
- University degree in business, law, economics or related
- Valid driving license for Portugal and willingness to drive cars
- Ability in/around Sintra (or Lisbon)
This role as probably the most curcial of the entire company as you will working closely with Erik & Christian to make the company work.
Tasks are split in various categories.
01: Financial administration:
- Prepare financial accounting
- Collect receipts and book them in Sevdesk (and soon Portugese software)
- Collect information for quarterly tax declarations (VAT) in Germany and Portugal
02: Office Management:
- Manage new office space in Sintra, Portugal (3 min from train station Portella Sintra)
- Driving with electric company vehicles
- Purchasing of goods and services
- Contract management (e.g. phones, internet, insurances, tax advisors)
- Travel booking and travel cost management
03: Further:
- Support of daily business of directors in Portugal & Germany
- ... there is always something new
Locations:
- Position is in Sintra, Portugal but work can be done remotely from anywhere in Portugal on certain days of the week.
Weekly hours:
Can be anything between 20 and 35
