The Assistant to the Director of Customer Experience (DoCE) supports the smooth operation of the Customer Experience Department through high-level administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. This role ensures document accuracy, manages schedules and reports, reviews and updates policies, and facilitates effective communication across departments to align with the companys mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the DoCE.

  • Review documents and reports before submission for approval.

  • Monitor and propose updates to departmental policies.

  • Manage DoCEs calendar, meetings, and interdepartmental communication.

  • Participate in and take minutes for meetings led or assigned by the DoCE.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

  • Strong English communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
