Our Corporate Strategy department at Nomura is responsible for shaping and driving the long-term vision and direction of our organization. We analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to identify strategic priorities and guide decision-making at all levels. • This position is to provide administrative support to the Deputy CEO and the Chief Administrative Officer, and other team members of the Corporate Division in our Paris office
• Significant phone contact at a senior level
• Extensive and complex diary management and meeting co-ordination (with several complex diaries to manage)
• Extensive and complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, tickets, FX, accomodation and ground transportation
• Providing admin support to the HR team

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

• French and English language essential.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and to work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritisation is required
• Very effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone manner.
• Proactive, flexible team player with well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn to navigate the organisation
• Confident in dealing with senior individuals and able to get focus as necessary
• Organised and detail oriented.
• Well developed awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and solid secretarial skills.
• Experience of working at a senior level within an Investment Bank or similar environment is preferred.
