About a role:

The time & pay section aims to achieve a timely and correct processing of a multitude of data, so that the renumeration of more than 5000 colleagues runs smoothly. We are committed to a sustainable recognition of the efforts of our employees. There is an increasing effort to achieve a flexibilisation and individualisation of the salary package, in which the employee time & pay certainly plays a role.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the correct entries and possible changes to personnel data such as personal details, mutations, alternative work, etc.
• You are responsible for the correct (re)invoicing of certain services as well as organizations
• You do certain pre- and aftercare with our iAMflex program, including the lease program
• You are responsible for declarations to the various authorities, for example training leave.
  

Requirements:

• Organizational and administrative talent so that all relevant information is processed correctly and smoothly.
• You need a strong eye for detail and don’t deliver half finished work. You process information flawlessly in the various systems.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (level at least B2). You will work closely with local payroll specialists and will also receive questions from the various (production) departments.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
