Job Category: GovernmentFarmington City is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Youth Tennis Assistant Instructor to join our Parks & Recreation team! This is a great opportunity to get involved in youth sports, support your community, and enjoy working outdoors in a positive, team-oriented environment.
As a Tennis Instructor, you’ll play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging experience for young athletes while representing Farmington City with professionalism and sportsmanship.
Season: April–May for Spring, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Employment Type: Seasonal
Duties & Responsibilities
- Instruct participants in accordance with the Lead instructor's lesson plans
- Assumes responsibility for small groups of kids to instruct
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up equipment used during lessons
- Promote good sportsmanship among participants
- Serve as an aid to the Lead instructor and Parks & Recreation staff as needed
