The hourly pay for this position is expected to be between $30 to $35/hr

Department & Role overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator & Administrative Support to provide support to our Americas Legal and Compliance functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth billing & administrative operations across the Legal & Compliance division.



Invoice Management

  • Process and manage legal fee invoices through CSC (third-party e-billing platform)
  • Process vendor invoices in PeopleSoft system for Legal and Compliance functions
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and KYC teams to facilitate new vendor onboarding in PeopleSoft
  • Track and monitor approved invoices, and ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoice payments

Travel & Expense Management

  • Process travel and expense (T&E) reports
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable teams to resolve any discrepancies
  • Track and monitor approved T&E reports, and ensure accurate and timely processing of all T&E reports

New hire onboarding

  • Coordinate and execute new hire setup processes
  • Track and monitor new hire setup, and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within legal or compliance environments
  • Strong proficiency with financial systems (PeopleSoft experience highly preferred)
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with e-billing platforms is a plus

Successful candidates will be engaged under a contract for services with a third party.
