Als Assistent Teamleider QC ben jij de spil tussen het lab, productie en andere stakeholders. Je zorgt dat kwaliteitscontroles efficiënt en volgens de juiste standaarden verlopen. Je stuurt het team aan, coacht medewerkers en vervangt de Teamleider bij afwezigheid.
