Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Support children’s social and emotional development
• Build positive and effective relationships with families
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers and the school faculty

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred)
• CDA credential (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Compassionate and patient with young children
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including lifting infants in and out of cribs, as applicable)
