Job Title: Assistant Teacher – 3-Year-Old Classroom

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our 3-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for a professional early childhood educator who views themselves as a teacher and takes pride in creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with and contributing to age-appropriate lesson planning and classroom activities
  
  
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
  
  
• Assisting with potty training and other daily care routines
  
  
• Serving meals and snacks in accordance with licensing and safety guidelines
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
  
  
• Working collaboratively with the lead teacher and administrative team
  
  
• Communicating professionally and effectively with parents and families
  
  
• Ensuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children at all times
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in an early childhood classroom (required)
  
  
• CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
  
  
• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  
  
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
