About the Role:Join The Learning Experience in Bel Air, MD, as an Assistant Teacher, where you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment dedicated to fostering a love for learning in children.
Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents and staff.
• Encourage positive interactions among children and promote teamwork.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Help prepare materials for lessons and assist with classroom management.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
• Flexible schedule
• Background check clearance required.
• Must be located and eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
