Our early childhood assistant teachers are responsible for helping to coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes. To assist teachers to plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with lead teachers, children, and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Meets background check eligibility
· CPR/First Aid Certified
· Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
· Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
· Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
· Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams
