Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of sourcing/recruiting experience.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
4. Previous customer service and/or administrative support experience.
5. Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Strong proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment activities and documentation.
10. Skilled in interpersonal interactions and eager to learn/grow/develop.
11. Dynamic character and resourceful.

Desired Qualifications

1. One (1) to two (2) years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition function in medical device industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong, credible, and lasting relationships with internal and external customers, key business partners, and internal and external candidates.
3. Technical degree or university career in progress in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
