A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong. This entry-level role is designed to support our sustainability team by reviewing, organizing, and managing vendor certification documents. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supply chain partners meet our sustainability and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Review and Verification:

• Review and verify sustainability certifications from vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Cross-check certification documents for accuracy, validity, and relevance to sustainability requirements.

Data Management and Record Keeping:

• Organize and maintain a systematic digital filing and tracking system for all certification documents.
• Update internal databases to ensure accurate tracking of vendor certifications and expiration dates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in sustainability practices and supply chain transparency is preferred.
