YOU WILL BE:

The Assistant Support Manager oversees the daily operations of their responsibilities within a Bergdorf Goodman store. The ASM partners with the Selling Directors to ensure all store operational departments are delivered with excellent client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Communicate daily operational goals with their team while creating a workflow.

• Prioritize and work on multiple store projects.

• Responsible for the financial inventory process within their areas.

• Develop their support associates.

• Build a cohesive customer service-driven team.

• Attend meetings with Support and Selling Managers to build partnerships while implementing the operational strategy.

• Ensure daily coverage in all areas to maintain store operational standards.

• Oversee a large volume brand or a midlevel sales volume floor.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management preferably in retail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team with a focus on building a customer service–driven culture.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
