Responsibilities

• Assisting with docking/berthing operations

1. 1. Dock block arrangement
   2. Support services
   3. Planning & converting of vessel docking plan to yard docking plan with Auto Cad
   4. Following up with owner on dock block inspections and obtaining approvals
   5. Undertaking pre-docking and undocking meetings with clients

• Assisting with Dept's productivity and quality improvement exercises

1. 1. Preparation and presentation monthly with department

• Handling Dept's clerical / administrative work (preparation of docking/berthing plans, coordination of relevant meetings etc)
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate Superior.

Requirement

• ITE Higher Nitec in Marine Engineering/Offshore Engineering (with 2 years’ experience in the maritime industry)

• Preferably equipped with SSSC certificate
• Able to prepare and interpret general docking plans

Other Information

• Location: Gul (transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
