Job Title: Assistant Superintendent
Location: San Francisco, CA
Company: The Boldt Company – Western Operations
Anticipated Salary Range: $137,000.00-$180,000.00

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
Step into a field leadership role where you'll work side by side with experienced Superintendents to deliver complex healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects while developing the skills needed to lead projects of your own. As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be actively involved in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily field operations, supporting schedule execution, maintaining quality standards, and driving project progress from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build strong relationships with trade partners, and make a direct impact on project success every day.
At Boldt, you'll be part of a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll participate in weekly planning meetings, support implementation of the Boldt Production System, help lead pull planning and coordination efforts, and work closely with project teams to create efficient workflows and reliable project outcomes. Whether you're looking to grow into a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or broader operations leadership role, you'll be given meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to challenging projects that accelerate your professional development while helping build facilities that serve communities for generations.
