Assistant Site Superintendent

Our client is an established developer-builder with a reputation for quality, long-term vision and exceptional project delivery. With an extensive pipeline ahead, they’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Superintendent who wants to build more than buildings, they want to build a career.

If you’re currently a Site Coordinator, Site Foreman, Assistant Superintendent or an emerging Site Superintendent looking for greater responsibility on a major concrete high-rise project, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of site operations, helping deliver a complex high-rise development safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys being on site, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional projects.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 3+ years of construction experience on complex residential, mixed-use or commercial projects.
• Experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam or other construction management software is considered an asset.
