As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping our store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and continue its growth trajectory. In a smaller footprint store, your leadership has visibility and impact every single day — perfect for someone who thrives in hands‑on coaching and culture‑building. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment with the ability to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Someone who can motivate, inspire and develop a passionate team.
• Mechanical or automotive experience is a bonus— if you’ve got the attitude, curiosity and leadership experience, we’ll teach you the rest.
• A strong commitment to safety, ensuring WHS compliance and a safe environment for customers and team members.
