As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer experiences. While big-box retail experience is highly regarded, we're equally excited to hear from leaders from sales-driven or customer-facing industries who are ready to bring their skills into retail.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
• A proven ability to drive performance, achieve targets and deliver results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Confidence leading through change and creating team buy-in.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
