About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you’ll support the Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver a standout customer experience, and develop a capable, engaged team. This is a great opportunity for a results‑driven leader who enjoys leading from the front and building strong team culture in a fast‑paced retail environment.

To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience or senior supervisory experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security
