ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience

• Leadand executekey opening and closing duties andoperationaltasks

• Demonstrateflexibilityanddesirefor individual growthin a fast-paced store environment

• Foster customer relationshipsthroughdeveloping andcoachingteamonknowledge of current trends, styling,and sellingtechniques.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service standardswhile exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilitieswith excellence

• Build aclientbook through establishing client relationshipsto driveadditionaltraffic and create client engagement

• Drive Omni channel sales byutilizingall available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• 3+ years ofrelevantretailmanagementexperience

• Proficiencyin reading,speakingand writing in Englishrequired

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day,etc.
