The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our Moorabbin Boutique in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving business success through thoughtful team leadership, smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. You’ll bring experience managing teams, with a focus on maintaining store presentation, product management, and day-to-day operational excellence. This is a permanent full-time position, working a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
