The Role

We’re excited to share an exciting management opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join us at our Indooroopilly Boutique in Brisbane We’re looking to connect with a passionate and driven manager who leads from the front and inspires their team through exceptional styling, client engagement and commercial focus. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales through meaningful client relationships, supporting and developing a high-performing team, and delivering an elevated in-store experience. You’ll bring proven experience in building and maintaining a client list and will confidently share this expertise with your team.

This is a permanent part-time position, offering 30 hours across a Sunday–Thursday roster.

You’ll excel in this role if you can:

  • Lead and inspire by coaching and motivating a dynamic team to become true brand ambassadors
  • Deliver elevated client experiences, providing personalised 1:1 service, styling advice and product recommendations
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across Ready-to-Wear and accessories to support confident selling
  • Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation, ensuring VM standards align with the Oroton brand
  • Collaborate strategically with Regional, State and National leaders to deliver store-specific initiatives

  • Strong clienteling experience and exceptional attention to detail

  • Confidence delivering promotional activity and VM initiatives that attract and engage customers
