As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the vital link between the Store Management and the team. You bring positive energy to the sales floor, lead by example, and create an inspiring, performance-driven workplace while championing Fossil’s core values. You actively support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team. Together with the Store Management, you ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You analyze KPIs, develop long-term strategies, and motivate the team—because at Fossil, we are Greater Together.
Your Responsibilities
• Coach, motivate, and support the team on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with Store Management regarding goals, strategies, and team leadership.
• Share responsibility for the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Monitor sales figures, KPIs, and operational processes.
• Foster a positive team culture and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with store standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Assume store leadership and operational responsibilities in the absence of the Store Management.
Your Profile
• Leadership experience in retail, preferably within the fashion/lifestyle sector.
• A positive, inclusive, and motivating leadership style.
• A passion for developing people and celebrating shared successes.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and people.
• A friendly, service-oriented attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven by sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Open-minded, reliable, eager to learn, and highly motivated.
