We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our shared Filippa K and Oscar Jacobson store in Hamburg.
The store brings together two strong Scandinavian fashion brands, each with its own distinct identity, while sharing space, operations and team. As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team and ensure an inspiring and seamless customer experience across both brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about people, fashion and sales.
Filippa K is a Swedish fashion house founded in Stockholm in 1993. Rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, the brand is known for its timeless design, modern silhouettes and commitment to mindful consumption. With a focus on quality, craftsmanship and versatility, Filippa K creates thoughtfully designed wardrobes that combine effortless elegance with everyday functionality.
Oscar Jacobson is a Swedish menswear brand founded in 1903. With more than 120 years of experience in tailoring, fit and craftmanship, the brand is today a complete lifestyle brand for the man who wants to meet life’s every occasion in style. Together in Hamburg, we aim to create a seamless and inspiring customer experience that reflects the distinct identity, strengths and heritage of both brands.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the daily business and driving the commercial performance of the store. You will take an active role on the sales floor, lead by example and help create a strong sales and service culture within the team.
You will be an important link between the Store Manager and the team, taking ownership of the daily business and stepping into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed.
