We're looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager
who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and elevate store performance while working alongside a Store Manager dispatched from Japan.

What You'll Do

Lead Store Operations (20%)

• Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager is away
• Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

Drive Sales & Team Performance (80%)

• Lead the team to achieve store-wide sales goals (not just individual commissions)
• Create a positive, collaborative environment by reducing excessive commission competition
• Coach, schedule, and support both full-time and part-time staff
• Strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction on the sales floor

People & Compliance Management

• Oversee staff management in line with U.S. labor laws and business practices
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a high-performing culture

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service and support sales activities
  (This role is not commission-based to encourage team success over individual competition)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $61,000 (fixed)
• Performance Bonus: Up to $18,000 annually
