Opening this October, our beautifully curated Canberra boutique will be a place to create something truly special. We’re looking for an exceptional, brand-aligned Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team, help shape an environment of warmth and creativity, and bring thoughtful, memorable moments to life each day.

*Please note: This is a part-time position, working 30.0 hours per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Together with the Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead with intention, setting the tone through your presence and bringing our signature warmth to every customer interaction.
• Mentor and uplift your team, nurturing confidence, collaboration and capability while supporting individual and team growth.
• Help bring the boutique to life, maintaining beautiful presentation, thoughtful merchandising alongside adherence to alongside accurate stock management and efficient processes.
• Partner with the Boutique Manager on team performance, using KPIs and insights to support coaching, development and commercial success.
• Build meaningful customer relationships by listening with care, responding thoughtfully and creating personal, memorable experiences.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar environment.
• A natural ability to guide and support others, fostering confidence, collaboration and continuous growth.
• A positive, can-do attitude, approaching challenges with enthusiasm, initiative and resourcefulness.
• Highly organised with a strong eye for detail, supporting the Boutique Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Excited by opportunities to create meaningful experiences for both our team and community.
