What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily store operations, including training, coaching, and managing employees.
- Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist as needed with services and repairs.
- Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals at the location.
- Ensure the tire center operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives and strategic goals.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Regularly review safety protocols with the team and ensure consistent compliance with all safety procedures.
What You Bring:
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and other required operational software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
