Whatyou’lldo:

AsanAssistantManager,you will

  • Engage and inspire the team by ensuring they are striving to reach targets and KPIs

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring that the team is providing exceptional standards of customer service

  • Ensure the efficient running of the boutique following directives and procedures as set by Retail Excellence and the Company

  • Providea consistent example of the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer relationship management, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behaviourto the team andensurethat they also reflect this

  • Assist the Store Manager in producing training to the team.

  • Support the Store Manager in monitoring staff performance and development

  • Support with stock takes.

  • Ensure that the merchandise presentation reflects the visual merchandising standards and general tidiness of the boutique aremaintainedat all times.

  • In the absence of a Store Manager, manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique
