Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in planning, direction and controlling the operation of the store. He or she is responsible for supervising employees in inventory merchandising, losses and work hours. The Assistant Manager assists, when directed by Store Manager, product ordering, provides support for sale plans to maximize sales potential and insures the stores compliance with State and Federal law and regulations.
