Your Opportunity, Your Team

• The Assistant Sourcing Specialist supports the lifecycle day-to-day management throughout product development, bulk order commitment and garment delivery. This individual will possess business acumen and apply to this role.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park in West Chester, PA several days per month. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE . Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Support the Global Sourcing organization
• Ensure the ability to meet customer demands by offering the hightest quality product on time, at the best value possible.
• Development of samples in multiple apparel/ accessories categories. Will gain an understanding of development, pricing, sourcing and production strategies. Through daily written and verbal communication with our global sourcing partners, to build strong relationships to ensure implementation of QVC's standards and procedures
• Monitor weekly production status (WIP) to ensure compliance with calendar schedule and on time delivery.
• Understanding all milestones within the product development calendar and adhering to the sourcing specific responsibilities.
• Management of WIP (Work in Progress) and TNA to ensure milestone compliance.
• Be a supportive partner to CFT (Cross Functional Team) - Design Technical Design and Buying.

What You'll Bring

Education: Bachelor's Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Product Design preferred)

Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong Excel Skills required, Flex PLM knowledge a plus
