Responsibilities

• Ensures the administrative processing (SAP SD) of complex orders
• Ensures proper coordination and consistency of different supplies and services (15% – multi-supplier/service provider files)
• Centralizes and monitors internal sales order files for complex orders
• Handles the processing of purchase orders
• Manages order changes and/or additions
• Manages communication with plants, suppliers, and internal customers as part of the operational processing of orders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role (expert level).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Responsiveness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in IT tools (ERP such as SAP, MS Office).
• Clear communication and effective follow-up (multichannel).
• Team spirit and collaboration.
• Professional French proficiency (written and spoken).
