Als Assistant Shopmanager bij PIECES ondersteun je de Shopmanager in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je helpt mee om het team te coachen en te motiveren, denkt commercieel mee en draagt bij aan een sterke winkelperformance.
Je staat zelf ook op de winkelvloer, geeft klanten persoonlijk advies en zorgt mee voor een inspirerende winkelervaring waar service en sfeer centraal staan. Samen met de Shopmanager bouw je aan een omgeving waarin zowel je klanten als je team zich goed voelen.
