What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the daily operations of the front office
• Help manage shop workflow and technician scheduling
• Deliver outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off through delivery
• Present repair recommendations and maintenance services
• Prepare estimates and assist with sales opportunities
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Help maintain organized repair orders and shop priorities
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Support the Service Manager while preparing for future leadership opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, service advisor, or management experience
• Strong hospitality and customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with sales and presenting repair recommendations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Service advisor experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Familiarity with shop management software
• Parts management experience
