
The Assistant Senior Manager is an integral position of Arundel Lodge that creates the culture and quality of life that is experienced by the Senior Persons Served of Arundel Lodge. The day-to day job responsibilities of an Senior Assistant Manager includes tasks like transportation, assisting with money management, diet coaching, shopping, cleaning, assistance with ADL’s, and teaching life skills, But the most critical thing that an Assistant Manager does at Arundel Lodge is to assist people in their journey of recovery from mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse.

Arundel Lodge is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that works toward a world where behavioral health disorders are not a limit to achieving a meaningful life in the community.
One in four Americans will experience a behavioral health disorder in any given year regardless of age, race, religion, gender or economic status. Behavioral health disorders can range from depression and anxiety to bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and much in between.
At Arundel Lodge we help men, women, children and adolescents living with behavioral health disorders maintain their dignity and enter into the process of recovery. We support individuals in their quest to stay healthy, find jobs, participate in their community, locate appropriate resources, and enjoy life. Most of all, at Arundel Lodge, we provide a place where individuals can feel welcomed, empowered, and trusted to make their own decisions.
