About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global digital infrastructure developer and operator. As they continue to expand their massive footprint in Johor, they are looking for two dynamic Assistant Security Managers to oversee security operations during critical phases of construction, project management, and operational handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Protocol Enforcement: Support the Security Manager in driving robust security protocols across the facility.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards.
• Phase Management: Manage security frameworks during the construction, project management, and site handover phases.
• Risk Mitigation: Mitigate risks and safeguard critical infrastructure, assets, and personnel.
• Vendor Management: Serve as a key point of contact for incident response and security vendor management.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in physical security management.
• Industry Expertise: A proven track record working within data centres, critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.
• Project Savvy: Strong experience handling project management and site handovers is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Drive: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders under tight project timelines.
