Job Description

1. Raw Material Supplier Quality Management

-Responsible for raw material supplier qualification audit: Establish supplier admission review mechanisms; audit compliance and validity of supplier business licenses, production permits, system certifications, and other qualification documents

-Develop and maintain raw material supplier quality profiles; conduct regular supplier quality performance evaluations Establish raw material acceptance standards and inspection protocols; supervise incoming material quality inspection execution

-Lead investigation, resolution, and closed-loop improvement of supplier quality issues -Drive supplier quality capability enhancement; organize supplier quality training and on-site audits

Key categories: Quality risk control for agricultural raw materials and packaging materials

2. Contract Manufacturing Quality Management

-Conduct admission quality audits and annual re-audits for contract manufacturers

-Monitor production process quality control at contract manufacturing sites to ensure process compliance with standards Perform regular on-site inspections to identify quality risks and drive corrective actions

-Coordinate resolution of quality issues and customer complaint traceability in contract manufacturing processes

-Drive quality system development and continuous improvement at contract manufacturing sites

3. New Product Quality Oversight

-Participate in quality risk assessment and feasibility review during new product development stages

-Develop quality control plans and acceptance standards for new product raw materials and finished goods

-Monitor quality validation and stability tracking during new product trial production and initial mass production

-Ensure supply chain-side quality compliance confirmation is completed prior to new product launch
