What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff) 👑

As our Assistant Manager & Lead Stylist/Barber, you will team up with our Salon Manager to keep the daily magic alive:

• 💇 Snip & Style: Bring your strong technical hair-cutting and barbering skills directly to our cool little clients.
• 📣 Lead by Example: Mentor, inspire, and lift up your team of stylists every day.
• 🤝 Build the Dream Team: Help us hire, train, and retain top-tier talent who share our positive vibes.
• 🎪 Oversee Operations: Keep daily salon flow smooth, organized, and filled with high energy.
• ✨ Client Champion: Spread the word to new customers and handle any tricky situation with grace, professionalism, and a big smile.

What You Bring to the Chair 🎒

• Licensed Stylist or Barber with top-notch technical hair-cutting skills.
• A genuine love for working with children and a warm, positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends (our busiest days) Friday through Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time).
