The client is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the waterproofing business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to keep up-to-date with industry trends and expand the company's network.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the waterproofing industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
