- Build genuine relationships with prospective families and understand what they are looking for in a program for their child.
- Educate families on KidStrong programs, class options, memberships, and the value of the KidStrong experience.
- Book prospective families into trial classes and help them select the right class for their child.
- Follow up with families before and after trial classes to answer questions, address concerns, and help them make a membership decision.
- Confidently ask for the sale and convert qualified leads and trial families into KidStrong members.
- Overcome common sales objections in a professional, helpful, and family-focused way.
- Re-engage older leads and families who previously expressed interest in KidStrong.
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and lead statuses within our CRM.
- Meet individual and centre sales, trial booking, show-rate, and membership conversion goals.

- Build relationships with parents and learn about the goals they have for their children.
- Help families understand how KidStrong programming can support their child’s development and individual goals.
- Assist families with membership questions, scheduling, account questions, and general centre inquiries.
- Follow up with new members to help ensure a strong start to their KidStrong experience.
- Identify family concerns early and work with centre leadership to find appropriate solutions.
Centre Support & Community Outreach
- Support the General Manager and leadership team with membership growth initiatives.
- Participate in local events, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities to generate new leads.
- Help execute centre promotions, referral initiatives, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Support front-desk and centre operations during scheduled shifts as needed.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized environment for families.
Program Knowledge
- Learn and understand the KidStrong curriculum so you can confidently explain the program and its benefits to prospective families.
- Build relationships with students and families in the centre to strengthen the overall member experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of KidStrong programming, memberships, policies, and class options.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with families by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Someone who enjoys sales and isn’t afraid to follow up, ask questions, address concerns, and ask for the sale.
- Goal-driven and motivated by measurable results.
- Highly organized and able to manage a large number of leads and follow-up tasks without letting opportunities fall through the cracks.
- Friendly, professional, persistent, and comfortable building relationships with new people.
- Able to listen to a parent’s needs and connect those needs to the value of KidStrong.
- Coachable and receptive to sales training, feedback, and performance goals.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
