About the Role
Osborne Park Ford are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our high performing sales team.

Supporting the leadership of our sales department, this role will play a key part in driving team performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met.

• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team supervision
• Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
• Collaborate with the broader dealership team to streamline sales processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in automotive sales is required, with leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
• Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Australian working rights
