工作内容:
负责支持飞利浦健康生活部四川辖区经销商开发与日常管理,团购客户开发,落实市场零售执行,推动完成销售目标。
主要职责
1.经销商管理
进货执行:与经销商紧密沟通,跟进执行每月进货计划。
PSI、BE、F2P管理。
监控经销商预算费用使用进度,核销到账进度和跟进。
2.费用管理
严格控制费用和资源,确保根据财务的流程运行和操作。
推进A&P/Margin费用核销进度。
收集核销资料(促销协议、销售数据、活动结果等)。
任职要求
-5年以上销售管理经验,经销商管理能力强;
-有快消/日化/家电行业的工作背景,熟悉百货,商超等渠道,开拓渠道和管理客户的丰富经验;
-具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力
-具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和执行能力
