We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant RM Support Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Validate and ensure outputs from relationship management team are in line with regulatory, compliance and internal standard through screening or sample checking
  • Ensure Relationship Service Management Team is aware of quality and compliance status through collations of checking results
  • Deliver refresher training or briefing to the team and ensure awareness of latest regulatory, compliance and internal standard requirement and frequent errors
  • Share best practices within and among relationship team or internal working partners
  • Provide effective and efficient operational support to the relationship management team in particular on complex relationships and complicated operation requests
  • Provide input and suggestions on process streamlining and various control mechanisms
  • Provide coaching to new or inexperienced Customer Services Officers on operational
  • Support senior management in identifying strategies to maintain and enhance overall relationship return and ensure early identification of potential credit issues
  • Identify streamlining opportunities on credit workflow and process
  • Identify weakness on existing process and procedures and propose and or implement effective control mechanisms
  • Complete review and submission of credit risk returns including limit excess or exception, security or documentation outstanding, monthly credit control reports, etc

To be successful you will need:

  • Thorough understanding of general banking products and services as well as having sound knowledge in using bank operating systems like Customer Relationship Management System
  • Solid understanding on credit assessment and operations, approval process and security documentations is preferred, but not essential
  • Be customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be dynamic and self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
