Savencia IT & Digital Services, filiale informatique du Groupe Savencia, comptant 245 salariés, répartis sur deux sites principaux en France, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines basé(e) à Viroflay (78) ou à Saint Lô (50).
Intégré(e) à l’équipe Ressources Humaines, vos principales missions seront :
Administratif/Gestion du temps :
Suivi administratif des salariés
Gestion des temps et préparation de la paie
Rédaction de contrats et avenants
Organisation des visites médicales
Gestion quotidienne du site
Accueil/intégration :
Gestion des déclarations obligatoires
Organisation des rendez-vous d’accueil & Welcome box
Projets RH/Communication :
Participation à des projets RH & Organisation d’événements (ergonomie, bien-être, égalité, handicap)
Développement RH :
Contribution à la formation et relation avec les organismes de formation
Participation au recrutement, à l’intégration des alternants et relation avec l’ OPCO
Formation Bac+2/3 en Ressources Humaines
Première expérience souhaitée en RH (alternance/stage)
Maîtrise du Pack Office
Qualités : relationnelles, rédactionnelles, capacités d’analyse et d’adaptation, rigueur, méthode
