🌞 Looking for a job with a difference?
Love working with people? Enjoy food, tourism, events and the outdoors? Want a job where you’re not doing exactly the same thing every shift?
Come work with us at Summerland Farm.
Set amongst the macadamia and avocado orchards in the Alstonville hills, Summerland Farm is much more than a café or retail store. We welcome visitors to eat, shop, explore, play and experience our working farm, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us make their visit a great one.
We’re looking for Casual Retail & Tourism Assistants to join our Hospitality & Tourism team.
There’s plenty of variety. Depending on your skills and the day, you could be serving customers in our café and retail store, helping in the restaurant, supporting a function or event, assisting with tours and activities, or helping visitors enjoy everything the Farm has to offer.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re much more interested in finding people who are friendly, reliable, willing to learn and happy to get stuck in.
Whether you’re looking for your first job, studying, wanting some extra casual work or simply looking for a role with plenty of variety, we’d love to hear from you.
At Aruma, our values are BRAVE: Bold, Respectful, Accountable, Value Teamwork and Excellent. They shape how we work together and how we welcome every person who visits the Farm.
