
Key Responsibilities
Sales/Soft skills Training
- Work closely with L&D team and other departments within FBP division to identify sales
training needs
- Ensure provide high quality training and deliver the effectiveness of training programs
through well plan training preparation, quality of delivery, evaluation and follow-up.
- Review and ensure sales / Soft skills training programs are delivered according to Chanel image
standard and Regional guidelines.
- Provide necessary feedback report and follow up action plans to update regional and
local team.
Coaching and Retail people development
- Work closely with RLDP to make contributions to salesforce productivity, retail people
development and ensure quality of service at POS/BTQ.
- Provide field coaching to counter managers regularly to ensure upskill of retail leaders at
POS/BTQ.
- Ensure provide high quality of retail people development and local retail leadership
programs
Assist L&D manager in learning and development organization related projects
- Provide support to L&D manager to upskills team members and build new capability for L&D organization
