The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. How does your working day look like …

We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our lovely dining concept at Restaurant NENI in the heart of Indre By. In this exciting dual role, you’ll support the day-to-day restaurant operations and the administratively part of running a restaurant.

Together with the Restaurant Manager and in colloboration with the other Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll make sure the team has everything it needs to deliver great guest experiences – whether it's a busy dinner service or a buzzing private event.

Restaurant Operations

• Support daily service in the restaurant with your team, creating an atmosphere guests want to return to.
• Lead by example on the floor and help the team stay calm and focused – even when things get hectic.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and supporting your team’s development.
• Ensure smooth administrative processes and accurate reporting.
• You’ll make sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but also happy and contented.
• You’ll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly.
• You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You have experience in a role like this and from a restaurant or similar.
• You speak fluent English – Danish is a plus.
• You love working with people and know how to motivate and inspire a team.
• You’re passionate about great hospitality, food and drinks – and curious about new concepts.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep your cool when plans change.
• You’re a doer. If you make a mistake, you learn from it.
• You bring your skills – and your personality.
