ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Smokin’ GUN is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive excellence and bring our signature steakhouse experience to life.

What You’ll Own

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in driving operations, performance, and guest satisfaction

• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times

• Oversee the flow between kitchen and service, ensuring seamless execution

• Maintain and enforce SOPs and quality standards across the team

• Take full leadership of the outlet in the absence of the Line Manager

• Engage with guests, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements

• Deliver team briefings, coaching, and training to build a high-performing team

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury or high-end dining venue

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage cost control, and inventory management

• Understanding of menu engineering and P&L performance

• A natural leader with experience managing multicultural teams

• Passion for training, mentoring, and elevating service standards

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred)

• Food Hygiene certification & Train-the-Trainer (advantage)

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
